Calibration:
Travers can now calibrate your measuring and inspection tools, both those
purchased from Travers and from other sources. The process is simple:
- Contact our sales department and then ship your items to us
- Your items will be calibrated
- We’ll create a certificate for you
- Within a week of arriving at our facility, your tools will be sent back to you.
It is that easy – we’ll take care of everything so you can rest assured. In
addition, new measuring and inspection tools ordered from our catalog can
be calibrated and certified before being shipped to you. Just request this
service when placing your order, and we’ll have it done.
Tool Resharpening:
Maximize the life of your cutting tooling by reconditioning your cutting tools. Our CNC grinding is done under high pressure coolant to eliminate tool damage
and increase surface finish. With our coating capability, your tools are returned
back to you faster. The benefits to you are:
- Reconditioned tools that perform consistently and reliably

- We make the process simple for you
Contact our sales department, send us your drills and end mills, and we’ll provide
you a detailed quote. Then, after your approval, your reconditioned tools will be
returned to you within 5 business days (emergency service is available). Along with
standard tools, we are fully capable to recondition variable helix end mills
and complex drill points.
